Seek a film that uplifts, reveals, heals, or awakens. When a mind is opened with care, its light travels farther than words can reach.

- Seek the Light: Look for a documentary that feels true and transformative—revealing beauty, exposing injustice, teaching resilience, or deepening understanding of the human or natural world.
- Watch with Awareness: View the film in full. Take notes on insights, emotions, and lessons. Notice not only what it teaches, but how.
- Reflect and Distill: Write a short summary of its core message. What truth could benefit others? What question lingers in your heart?
- Share the Light: Recommend it to your community (friends, family, online group). Include where to watch if possible. You may also host a small viewing in person or online.
