Speak it aloud. Declare before the unseen witnesses who you are, and who you are becoming. Make a vow of intention — a promise to live as that soul, in thought, word, and deed.
Then, before the sun sets, perform one real act — however small — that reflects this vow in the world. In doing so, you begin to merge myth and reality, dream and duty, Heaven and Earth.
