Quest: Investigate the World Leaders
Type: Civic / Social / Mental / Magical
Difficulty: Legendary
Duration: 14–21 Days
Location: Global Halls of Power, International Assemblies, or Digital Portals of Governance
Prerequisite: Completion of Investigate the Sovereign of the Realm
Story Context
The Hero has illuminated the local councils, the provincial halls, and the sovereign chambers of the realm. Yet beyond all borders lies the vast expanse of the World Stage, where nations themselves become players and power flows through unseen agreements and ancient alliances.
Here dwell the Sovereigns of the World — presidents, prime ministers, and the councils of global governance such as the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and the International Monetary Fund. Their decisions ripple across oceans and generations, shaping destinies far beyond their immediate lands.
The Council now calls upon its most seasoned Hero — one who has walked the paths of awareness — to uncover the workings of this highest circle of worldly influence. This is a Quest of immense scope and responsibility, where wisdom must temper courage, and truth must be wielded with care.
To complete it is to see the world as it truly is — luminous and shadowed, broken yet beautiful — and to imagine how it might one day be healed.
Preparation and Guidance
You stand now at the pinnacle of civic sight. The task before you is not merely to expose but to understand: to discern how global forces interact, how policy becomes presence, and how balance may be restored.
Gather your tools — reliable sources, digital archives, historical awareness, and the patience of one who knows that great systems reveal themselves slowly.
Let humility guide you. Let clarity be your ally. And remember: you do not investigate to destroy — you investigate to illuminate.
Objectives
1) Map the Global Realm
Locate official portals, archives, and publications of international organizations and world leaders. Study treaties, funding pathways, and collaborative projects that affect multiple nations.
2) Know the Agents of Influence
Identify key figures, committees, and agencies that shape global policy. Understand how these networks interconnect — how influence flows from one to another, and how decisions cascade from high halls to local lands.
3) Trace the Global Currents
Select one major policy, treaty, or initiative. Follow its path from conception to execution, noting how ideas transform into reality, where resistance arises, and where hope still lives.
4) Observe the Assemblies of Power
Attend or view global sessions — UN assemblies, WHO briefings, G20 or IMF summits. Observe the tone and rhythm of discourse. Who unites? Who divides? What values are spoken aloud, and which are left unspoken?
5) Unveil Hidden Scrolls
Search public archives, watchdog reports, or open-data repositories for deeper insight. If you find omissions or inconsistencies, investigate further with discernment and care.
6) Envision a Higher System
Reflect on how global systems might evolve to align with truth, justice, and harmony. Imagine a higher form of cooperation — a heavenly order of nations founded upon shared light and respect.
7) Illuminate the World
Compile your findings and insights into a comprehensive report or map. Share it with fellow Heroes and the Council so that the currents of truth may once again flow freely through the world.
Completion
When your journey is complete, gather all your discoveries into one clear reflection — part report, part vision. Describe what you have found, what patterns reveal themselves, and what possibilities emerge for a more balanced and just world.
