Story Context

The Council calls upon the Hero to find the place in Barrie that speaks most clearly to their heart — the place where beauty gathers, where silence glimmers, or where wonder rises unexpectedly. Through creating art from this place, the Hero forms a quiet bond with the land, imprinting gratitude and presence onto the moment.

Objectives

Step 1: Seek the Place That Calls to You

Travel through Barrie until you find a location that opens your heart. You may find it by the water, in a park, along a trail, or in an overlooked corner of the city. Trust the place where the world briefly seems to pause.

Step 2: Capture the Beauty Through Art

Create a painting, drawing, or sketch of the scene before you. It does not need to be perfect; it needs to be true. Let your attention to the details be your offering.

Step 3: Reflect on Why This Place Chose You

Ask yourself:

• What emotion did this beauty awaken?
• What does it reveal about the city?
• Why did this place speak to you specifically?
